Meet the Doctor
Dr. Michael Neveu
Dr. Michael Neveu (Dr. Mike), a New Hampshire native, received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire. He continued his education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was honored with membership in the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. After graduation, Dr. Mike and his family moved to Bangor, Maine, where he completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Penobscot Community Health Center.
During his residency, Dr. Mike enjoyed gaining more clinical experience and working with excellent faculty. He also loved getting to know the Bangor community and addressing their diverse dental needs. Upon returning to New Hampshire, he worked as an associate dentist in the Concord area. However, his aspiration has always been to own his practice. He is eager to become an active member of the Belmont community, building long-lasting relationships and committing to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Mike is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, particularly the personal relationships he forms with his patients. He believes in treating the whole person, not just a tooth. His artistic background, which includes drawing, playing musical instruments, and composing music, greatly influences his dental practice. He enjoys integrating his artistic talents into the treatments he provides.
Dr. Mike is dedicated to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of dental advancements. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the New Hampshire Dental Society (NHDS). He regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest dental technologies and practices.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Melissa and their two children, Layla and Isaac. He sings in his local church and enjoys playing various musical instruments and occasionally participating in karaoke. He loves hiking the White Mountains, cycling along New Hampshire’s scenic roads, and running with the family dog, Pixie.

As a licensed dental practitioner, Dr. Mike and our dental hygienists here at Belmont Family Dental work with each patient to help them achieve and maintain healthier gums, teeth and a beautiful smile.
Our staff takes the time with our patients to explain individual treatment options and informs them of additional preventative care alternatives.
